Why did my order come in multiple shipments?

If you place an order with multiple items, some of the items on your order may be stored at an Amazon Fulfillment Center and so would be shipped by Amazon and may be in Amazon branded packaging.

  • The other items on your order would ship as normal from our Brooklyn warehouse. For this reason, your order may arrive in multiple shipments (ie. records in one package from TTL in Brooklyn, clothing in another package from Amazon Fulfillment Center).

  • 90% of orders are shipped in-house from our Brooklyn warehouse. All vinyl is shipped in-house. We use Amazon to ship a small selection of products.

  • Amazon uses a variety of shipping methods including UPS, FedEx, USPS and Amazon Logistics. You will be notified of your specific shipping method when you receive your shipping notification email.
