# Why did I not receive my rewards points?

## You must be logged into your account at checkout to earn points.

- If you ordered but forgot to sign in to your TTL rewards account, email: [customerservice@turntablelab.com](mailto:customerservice@turntablelab.com) including your order number and we can add those points to your account. (P.S. It helps if you email us using the email that your account is linked to!)
- If you ordered then later found out about our rewards program, create an account using the same email as the one you used when placing the order, then email us including your order number and we can add those points to your new account.
- If you have an old account with a different email that you no longer use with points and want to transfer those points to a new account, email us with the old and new account details asking for the transfer and we will get on it asap.
- Feel there's a discrepancy with your rewards points account balance at all? Email us with the details you believe to be inaccurate and we'll look into it asap.
