# What does "OPEN BOX SPECIAL" mean?

## Open Box Specials are fully functional units that have been opened and handled.

- All Open Box Specials are in vg+ to new condition and are tested in our warehouse before repackaging.
- Any cosmetic damages will be noted. N/A means there is no cosmetic damage to the product.
- All Open Box Specials are fully functioning and maintain their manufacturer's warranty.
- Open Box Specials may not include original packaging or exterior packaging may be marked, re-taped or damaged (eg. punctured cardboard box).
- All Open Box Specials contain all original parts. If something is missing, please contact [customerservice@turntablelab.com](mailto:customerservice@turntablelab.com).
- ALL OPEN BOX SPECIALS are FINAL SALE.
