# My USPS tracking is not updating. What should I do?

## If you received an email with a tracking number, we assure you that your order is on the way, even if tracking is not updating.

- We have noticed that USPS, particularly Media Mail shipments, do not always scan packages for updated tracking.
- Your tracking link may say 'Label Created, not yet in system' but please rest assured that your package is on the way to you. USPS Media Mail packages are often not scanned for updated tracking until the day of delivery.
- We understand this can be frustrating and we thank you for your patience and understanding. Please allow 8 business days after receiving your tracking email before contacting customer service. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
