My record arrived damaged. Can I return it?
We check all records for damages prior to shipping. We ship records securely in vinyl specific mailers to offset damage in transit.

Occasionally, records still get damaged in transit. Sadly, it is just a fact of life. Email us with photographs of your damaged record and the mailer it arrived in (we need to have evidence of the damage, including packaging).

While the severity of corner dings and seam splits is open to interpretation, we will always work with you to find a solution you are happy with and, where possible, we can ship you a replacement.

Please use the below photos as a guide to what we can and cannot accept as damaged:

Minor corner ding = not damaged
Bends / tears / warps = damaged
