# I placed my order last week, why hasn't it shipped yet?

## We are open Monday to Friday. Order processing time is 1-3 business days.

- Please be aware that if you place your order on a Thursday or Friday, it may not ship out until the following week. Please allow 3 full business days for us to ship your order.
- During peak times (Black Friday, holiday season) we will notify customers of any extensions to order processing times. Thank you for your patience.
- If you ordered a **pre-order** item, please **be aware of the anticipated ship date** on the product's listing on our site before contacting us.
