# Can I edit my order after it has been placed?

## No, sorry. Most orders ship from our warehouse within 24 hours, so it's often too late to catch your order and edit it before it ships.

- Order details are automatically dispatched to our warehouse for immediate processing. So once you place an order, it may not be possible to catch it and edit it before it ships.
- In this case our customer service team may be able to help you with a Return Authorization Request.
