Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
If your order has already shipped, we can't change the destination address on our end. You will need to contact the shipping carrier.
- You could try to avail of the USPS Package Intercept or the UPS My Choice services.
- If your order has not shipped out yet, we may be able to change the destination address.
- Please email us on customerservice@turntablelab.com to request a change to your shipping address as soon as possible.
- When emailing please provide the full address including Street Number, Apartment/Suite Number, City, State and ZIP.
